Cool .... Welcomes Christmas, this man makes his home into the garden lights. When the Australian lawyer, David Richards, make home decorating for Christmas four years ago, he did not know that it would turn a simple hobby into a new passion for him. He now even infatuated with the hobby, when Christmas Eve arrived.

Impressed with decoration lights in his house, this year Richards was asked to dress Petrie Plaza in the central business district of Canberra. Display it this year include decorations over 120 kilometers with more than a million light bulbs. Petrie Plaza are now showing 3-D images that are made of light in the form of three great Christmas gift.

This spectacular display makes Richards won a Guinness record for the third time. He also won the same record last year, when he decorate his house with 502 165 lights.
"We have been decorating our home for many years, and people come from everywhere to see our lights. This year, we do not know how many people will come?" Richards told ABC News.

This year, Richards doubling the amount of lights in his house. He also revealed that he is working hard to do that in order to raise funds for charity SIDS and Kids. SIDS is the leading cause of unexpected death in infants between the ages of 1 month to 1 year.

Richards ever experienced a heartbreaking tragedy in 2002, when he and his wife lost Thomas, their one month old children.

"SIDS and Kids helped us so much, so this is our way to repay them," he added.
Richards managed to raise USD 138,000 last year, with asking for donations to everyone who visited their light display. To make the christmas night this year more shining, he has been working on spectacular display during the past nine months.

To refine his display, he also asked for help from the lighting architects, electrical engineers, civil engineers, and designers.
